I’m not sure if someone can be more idiotic than this idea is.

He was in the car when Miles handed the gun to Harris, the shooter, and indicated the gun was loaded. He had communicated with Miles beforehand in some fashion because he knew to find him in a parking lot on Grace St., one block north of University Ave.

Where did you see that? I admit the original al.com article is very-poorly-worded (which led to this entire nonsensical "Miller share blame" thing), but all it says is they walked up to his car and pulled something out of the back seat.

Chain of events appears to be:

1. Miller pulls up
2. Victim's boyfriend pulls up behind Miller's car
3. Miles and Davis get gun from back seat of Miller's car
4. Davis walks to Jeep and starts firing

What exactly are you saying Miller was supposed to do here? Why would he expect something was going on with the Jeep that pulled up behind him?

Well yeah, when he dropped him off earlier that night. It's only a few blocks off the strip. I think they frown on people blocking the roadway on the strip.
