The lawyer said Brandon didn't know about a possible crime? Davis and Miles were in the back of his car getting the gun and Miles telling him it was loaded. Brandon knew at this point of a possible crime. I guess he just sat there and watched it all unfold without trying to stop his friends while they were still in the backseat?

Can YOU not read?

Did his attorney say he didn't read it? Because I guarantee if he hadn't read the text before getting there, that would be in this statement.

This happens often in college. A lot of these guys don’t have cars, especially guys who are bench players and not making NIL

I'm not convinced Miller should be charged with anything, but LOL at people acting like an unevidenced narrative from his criminal defense attorney is something we should give considerable weight to

His lawyers statement is so iron tight that it makes me question whether Miller even knows what a gun is.

Never seen a gun, never touched a gun, he was just acting as an Uber driver for the night! A common coincidence I'm sure :)

According to the police, his car blocked the victim's car. Maybe Miller decided to change his story now...

In this scenario, why would the attorney withhold that info in this statement?

an unevidenced narrative

That narrative is clearly evidenced by the prosecuting attorney declining to charge him with a crime, and the University of Alabama taking no disciplinary action.

Well that is the defense side of the argument, but it does not match with the testimony of the police, etc. who said Miles texted Miller to bring his gun because there was trouble. So which is it, Tusk?
