Perhaps “under Saban” isn’t the best way to analyze Bama’s offenses. O’Brien and Sark are more accomplished OC’s than Rees. Fact of the matter is Notre Dame’s offense when from #45 to #60 last season with Rees given more autonomy while LSU went from #90 to #28 under Kelly with a ragtag bunch of transfers.

Every OC Saban has hired, including Sarkisian and Kiffen, were predicted to fail, even a lot of Alabama fans thought that.
