Lol, wonder how much he got paid to come out and defend the shield. In no world was that even close to a hold, unless like someone else said you are going to call that on every play where the defense plays man. You bootlickers are having a hard time this morning.

Yep. If that is holding then you can't play man to man defense anymore. Little grabs like that happen all the time without being flagged.
