Perhaps his leadership at an Athletic Department that provides transportation, food & drinks and assorted favors to Strip Clubs at Athletic Department expense.

Even boosters aren't paying for any of that.
That's what the NIL is for.
The players (18-22 year olds) can spend it on whatever they want. It shouldn't be shocking what young men do with discretionary spending.
This is why the NFL will never draft 18, 19, and 20 year olds.
