dude, no one is saying you can’t explain a situation to an auditor. That’s quite literally what the process is for, to some degree.

You claimed earlier that nothing could be done about it but now after I show you proof that USF of all schools did get the auditors to waiver the requirement to repay you now claim there’s of course a process where it could be done. Lol

Three questions for you:

1. Why didn’t LSU use this process to get the State of Louisiana to waive it?
2. I assume you read the whole article I posted that you are referencing. So, you did see where the State of Florida only audited the part of the money that the State of Florida paid right?
3. The State of Louisiana only paid 400k of the money so why did LSU make Kelly pay back the entire 1.1million?

No you didn’t.

You think you did, because you’re an idiot.

Auditors also took issue with the $2.5 million over five years that Holtz is being paid after he was fired a year ago. University employees' severance pay can't exceed 20 weeks of compensation, according to state law.

However, USF has contended the money is for damages, as spelled out in Holtz's contract — not severance. The millions are required because Holtz was fired without cause, USF replied.

Let me see if I can dumb it down for you.

Let's examine your article:

USF is explaining to the state that the "overpayment" is Holtz' buyout since he was fired without cause, as stated in his contract.

Brian Kelly's overpayment was an error and not covered in his contract.

Does that help?

The state of Louisiana doesn’t pay anything towards CBK’s salary. You keep repeating this when it’s false.
