Here you go you dumbass.

The state of Florida audit determined that USF overpaid Skip Holtz and other employees. The original audit said the school needed to pay the state back just the amount they overpaid from the state fund. The Auditor General said that was stupid and they just need to do a better job in the future. LSU you are more broke than USF.

USF let Skip Holtz keep his overpayment after he left the school.

dude, no one is saying you can’t explain a situation to an auditor. That’s quite literally what the process is for, to some degree.

Nuance and context are important

Auditors also took issue with the $2.5 million over five years that Holtz is being paid after he was fired a year ago. University employees' severance pay can't exceed 20 weeks of compensation, according to state law. However, USF has contended the money is for damages, as spelled out in Holtz's contract — not severance. The millions are required because Holtz was fired without cause, USF replied.
