I’m sure there’s never been a Louisiana state auditor whose palm has been greased to make a change on a report. Sure.

There is no role that allows anyone to tell a state auditor what to do, legally.
We can agree there.
Are you implying LSU should have broken the law as opposed to working it out with Kelly?
And yes my role, peripherally, deals with payroll audits all the time. As well as revenue.
