No NFL guys. NFL offenses are unimaginative and all fit the same mold of BoB. NFL coordinators are also unaccustomed to developing players. Saban's two worst OCs have both been NFL guys in Daboll and BoB.

But one of his best hires was a former NFL OC in Sark.

I’m not advocating for NFL only. I’d like to see someone with experience at both levels. With a history of flexibility.

Daboll wasn’t a bad OC. He was held back by QB play that season.

Daboll was great man. His offense propelled us to a ‘ship.

Daboll was held back but you could see what he was capable of with Tua
