Auburn will benefit from the new scheduling format more than any other program in the SEC.

The spectrum of SOS difficulty ranging from Auburn (hardest) to Kentucky (easiest) is incredibly lopsided. The new scheduling format will even things out, and therefor AU will see the most relative benefit while UK, Vandy, Georgia, Mizzou are going to see sharp increases in difficulty.

The Alabama/Georgia factor won’t have the same impact at that point. Auburn might still have to play both every season, but everyone else will play them more often

This is a good point on the competition side. My point was mostly about recruiting and Auburn being sandwiched between Alabama and Georgia in their recruiting radius. Freeze having NIL collectives at his disposal will be the big difference maker on the talent acquisition side. He's got to make up a talent deficit quick.
