Just don’t be the Tennessee baseball of SEC basketball.

No one gives a shite about a mid season conference blowout win against a team without their best player.

BINGO. You want to be playing your best in March. I've seen 5 or 6 Bama teams in my life that were Final Four teams in january cool off when tourney time came. 1976, 1982, 1987, 1991, 2004 and two years ago all had the change to get to the FInal Four only to go ice cold in the tourney.

Your point is valid, but in spite of their record, I don't think this team has hit their stride yet, and is still very rough at times (tonight being a perfect example). I expect that Oats will have this team razor sharp by March.

Dude we aren't shooting well and we're beating teams in their own arenas by double digits.

Imagine if we can actually hit our stride.

The 76 team didn’t cool off.. they beat a 25-3 North Carolina team by 15 and if not for a over rule call on a block/charge call on Leon Douglas, they beat undefeated National Champion Indiana.

The Indiana players and Bob Knight have always said Alabama was the best team they played.
