Should have added - It's not just trusting the AD to pull the trigger when the time comes; it's also trusting him to hire the next guy. If Napier goes, there is no way Sticklin hires the next coach, and Sasse and the rest of the admin aren't going to keep paying an AD who they don't trust with key hires.
