Any idea why? I get he’s from Texas and that TCU just had a title game appearance, but Arkansas seems like they have better facilities and could pay him more

At that point it's best for everyone involved for him to move on. He does a nice job, but he definitely isn't irreplaceable.

This begs the question. Did Beamer truly target Loggains over KB? Considering that KB is leaving, I've got to think that Loggains was The Guy all along.

Next question: if Arky offers Loggains to come back when KB leaves, does he take it before coaching a season?

Multiple message board insiders saying no deal is done and Briles is staying.

The Briles name is still toxic in Texas and specifically DFW, even Kendal. I'd be very surprised if this happened. Him coaching out of state is the best thing for his career.

Although it seems kind of bizarre at first, it really makes sense when you think about it. With the expansion of the playoffs, the winner of that conference will get an automatic bid, and with Oklahoma and Texas, both leaving you created a perfect Lord of the flies situation. There’s really no dominant team left and TCU is in a perfect position to try to fill that void or as good a position as anyone else. It’s a lot easier than battling in the sec west for sure

Idiots running with rumors and sources as fact. Jumping off cliffs.

Crazy that the Mississippi State and Miami cliff jumping didn’t teach them. Our fans are special.

Someone needs to tell Briles to either shite or get of the pot. Or just if it’s just rumor then put it to sleep.

This is detrimental to the program.

Does Dykes not call the offense? I always thought he was one of those HC's that also call the plays on offense.

He’s tired of finishing behind Kiffin in the SEC every year.

Do you think there will be a better OC out there for Pittman to hire as the next Arkansas OC? This isn't going to be easy, but it is doable. Good luck

What do you expect when our delusional fan base calls for his head for the past 3 years, despite great numbers offensively? We don’t deserve him.
