I mean, this isn't slavery.
You think slavery is giving someone housing, good education, free meals, free travel to good destinations, access to tudors, free clothes, the best medical care available and all they have prepare/play a game for 20 hours a week.
I think you should read a history book about what slaves had to go through before making that comparison.

You are making a proposition to disallow a 19 year old from going to college where he wants to go to college.
Why should anyone tell a 19 year old where he or she can attend college?
Does that EVER happen for general population?
It is a ridiculous proposition.
The gaul to even propose such a thing? Wow
Slavery is strong language.
The language isn't the point.
Do you preferred indentured servitude?
As for history, slavery had been around since civilizations began and still exists in forms around the world. Read a history book. It is bigger (and worse) than just the brief footnote of US History.
