UGA winning back to back titles is incredible.

Stetson is a great college QB. You look foolish tearing him down because he is not 2” taller.

Kirby has built a sustainable program. I look forward to more titles. Yet Saban is still the GOAT. He is a leader and a great coach for as long as he wants to be.

The LSU Natty team looked unbeatable. We will never know how it stacks up against other Natty teams as those games can’t be played.

NIL is good as it allows the players who generate revenue to get paid. It also encourages some players to stay for another year before declaring.

The transfer portal is bad news. It has to be controlled somehow. The combo of the portal and NIL could ruin the sport.

Alabama should not have been in the playoffs this year because they did not EARN it. They were not a deserving team even if they may have been a better team than TCU.

The 4 team playoff makes every game count. The 12 team playoff will be interesting too and keep teams in it longer during the season. Pros and cons to each.

Texas and Oklahoma joining the SEC is just weird.

I think the portal should be reserved for upperclassmen only. You shouldn’t be able to commit as a freshman then leave because you didn’t start as a freshman.

However if it’s not working out by the time you’re a junior or senior you can transfer

2022 UGA’s defense ranked 53rd in pass defense.

I think you know exactly how it would play out against the 2019 LSU offense.

Good points.

12-team playoff adds some importance to bowl games that seems to have disappeared lately with opts-outs.

What would be the issue with making a transfer portal kid meet the academic eligibility standards of that institution?

You're damn right it is. I don't want Mizzou and Aggy. Still not sure how I feel about Arkansas.

If we're going to be the southeastern conference, let's at least have southeastern teams.

Cannibalize the ACC, let those SWC weirdos jerk each other off.

USCw went from assured playoff spot to losing to Tulane.

Maybe. I fear this will just turn into a combination of blowouts and SEC rematches. We'll no longer be able to say "*Insert Other Conference Team Here* wouldn't stand a chance in the SEC." when they beat the #3 or #4 SEC team. Then it will just be "Why don't Michigan, Ohio State, Clemson, FSU, USCw, and Oregon join the SEC and we can drop the rest?"

Easiest schedule next year too. I expect a 3rd title. Prepping for at Tenny all year long.

No... NIL as it's being use is bad and allows players to get paid for play vs playing for a school, and getting money for their name, image amd likeness.

Agree with every single point.

I do think NIL needs some firmer guidelines but the players getting some money is ok.

Deserving or better? Do we choose deserving or better that is the question. If you choose deserving then you get what happened with GA and TCU. Nobody wants to see that.

There needs to be a salary cap.
