Mississippi State is targeting OU deputy AD Zac Selmon as its next AD, sources tell @SINow. Deal not finalized, but Selmon is set to visit campus Thursday.
A former Wake Forest TE, Selmon would be school’s first Black AD. He’s spent 10+ years under the respected Joe Castiglione.

They put this in there and people automatically think "woke" hire which takes away from the fact that it is a good hire. Just leave that part out. Selmon was hired on merit not color.
