Kelly has declared that no staff members were involved with any shenanigans. They will all be back and nothing to see here. All rumor and innuendo. 
But Boutte and Destiny are gone for sure.

Ultimately, everyone involved is an adult. There were no laws broken and everyone is consenting and no recruits were involved. So this is more of an in-house ethics thing, that we know of so far.....What will probably happen is LSU will sweep everything under the rug, a few people will quietly move on, and nothing big will come from it.
But from what I am seeing of the team and coaches, Kelly is having control issues down there.

Heard about it from a journalist friend last Friday. I, of course, took it to the Rant and the thread got whacked fairly quickly. And every thread that's mentioned it has gotten whacked. Don't think any bans have come from it, yet, which makes me think there may be some truth, but no mention yet of those rumored to be involved being let go, so who knows. Could be just a crazy rumor someone started.

Surprisingly enough, I've never received the ban hammer. How do you know what you got the axe for and how do you know when you're released from tRant jail?

You get a ‘private message’ thing above the board name you are on that says something to the effect of “We are reviewing your post history for content” or something close to it. You can’t start a topic, up/downvote, etc. You can blank out a post of yours, but that’s it. They give you a link to appeal to get unbanned, with 200 characters or less. I didn’t get a notification that I was unbanned. I came to look at this board and saw no banner.
I’ve been coming here since 2007 or so, finally created an account a few years ago, and have never been banned before. I was really surprised when I got banned for making a stupid joke about Hugh Freeze getting some new staff. It seemed heavy handed, especially when you see an awful lot worse daily. Lew does a good job of evenly moderating the Rant from what I can tell. I don’t think he would ban someone for a Hugh Freeze joke. Someone went overboard IMO and was handing out bans for any and everything related to that rumor. Apparently they don’t have access to moderate this board. I am fairly certain that they would have killed this topic if they banned me for saying Hugh Freeze is getting some new staff members.

I've been here since 2013 and didn't create an account until 16. I really didn't post very much until the past year or so. Honestly, if I got banned I would probably get more done.
