On the road on the last play of each game…Bama is ranked higher than BOTH teams they lost to for a reason.
I detailed this a lot yesterday…if we solely focus on head to head games then that metric has aTm as a much better team than LSU and USCe as a much better team than Tennessee. We know that’s just not true in either case. That’s because there’s more to assessing a better team than that…in particular when the losses are razor thin road losses.

Yes and TCU lost to Kansas State in the conference title game.
Do you think tenn would beat Alabama in a rematch on a neutral field? Be honest please.
