If we're only talking about football, sure. TCU has outperformed Texas over the last decade. I'd be a fool to deny that, but there's more to sports programs than the football team. I only really care about Texas football, personally, but the the Texas sports programs are riding high right now. The only program really lagging right now is the football program.

Probably 85% of the SEC fans here only care about football.
Well, now that some SEC teams are doing decent in bball, there's some bandwagon fans for that now.
