Assuming UGA doesn't win the championship this year, that would mean the SEC has "only" won 13 of the last 20 national championships.
If they do win, it'll be 14 of the last 20.
But hey, you do you man. How many years would we need to go back to get to 13 Big 12 national championships?

Not possible. They were Big8 and SWC then.
