That's the endzone. That's exactly when the goaline extends out infinitely. It doesn't apply any where else on the field.

I donno, but Georgia does always seem to injury some of the best players on a team. They just claim it as a football play, but that lunge at Harrison Jr was just plain reckless. It's intentional.

It applies anywhere on the field. There’s always sideline catches with guys having only their feet in and the ball way out
