I expected Kirby to pull out every sneaky trick for the game but this one is a little too low in my opinion.

The camera belongs to MBS. It was filming both practices.
The "reporter" who wrote this is a douche and a hack w/an axe to grind against Kirby b/c he blew him off a decade ago when he asked a dumb question.

What Ohio State found was the decoy camera. The real camera was hidden much better. Once they found the decoy camera they breathed a sigh of relief and relaxed and showed everything on the practice field with confidence. And Kirby's true camera recorded it all.
