Is he? Sark is a more serious play caller but he is not a head coach at all. He doesn't have the demeanor or leadership skills to be a head coach. I can say the same about Kiffin.

I hate to say this because I'm tired of Texas firing coaches, but I see the same things. He just doesn't manage in-game situations very well. We'd probably be better off if the special assistant to the head coach was the head coach.
