I can see how you misinterpreted what I said, but saying “it’s not a given” does not imply I think he starts. It just means everyone else thinks he does.

I haven’t even mentioned how silly it is that you’re comparing next year’s situation to previous years.

Greyson Lambert had 600 actual career pass attempts going into 2016

Jake Fromm had 300 career passing attempts and had led his team to a national title going into 2018

Comparing either to someone with no game experience outside of garbage time is dumb.

And on the other side, comparing Fields and Eason, both true freshmen in their respective situations, to 2nd and 3rd year guys is insane.

The situations aren’t even close to comparable.
