Depends on what part of the country you're standing in! For instance, if you're shacked up in a mobile home with your half-sister & having babies deep in Georgia, you're missing a few teeth, you're named billy bob or skeeter or cooter, you're missing a few hubcaps/auto body parts on your sled, you have some plywood on your windows where there should be glass, you have major appliances on your front porch, or if your favorite movie is DELIVERANCE, etc...then there is NOTHING wrong with living in a mobile home.

Now, you take those same variables and those same housing examples and move a trailer on to some land in Ann Arbor, then the fukking HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION brings over a very good lawyer with a piece of paper listing RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS on it...and gives you 30-90 days to remove it.
