Strange.Kirby won the SEC and played for a NC in year 2.Heupel couldn't even win the division in his 2nd year.

Kirby made the playoffs and went to the NC game where he lost in OT in his second year at UGA.
He was already way better then Heupel before he built UGA.
He also won SEC coach of the year (the one awarded BY the SEC) in year 2.
