When those teams lost their games though not everyone around them basically had a worse record though. Yes TCU lost but they were an undefeated vs a bunch of 2 loss team right behind them. Even with the loss TCU still looks better with the total body of work. Which the committee is asked to evaluate

They should have still dropped a spot. Kstate was playing with their backup qb.
