It's not that the loss didn't matter. But In totality of the season TCU still has a better resume. To me you can't just drop TCU below just because of when they lost the game. Especially due to the context of Ohio State. We don't have much to stand on. Don't have any great wins. The only argument we'd have is close losses which just isn't much in the grand scheme of it. Overall they still deserve it more than us

Both of our losses were close just like TCU and we still fell some spots.
Overall they still deserve it more than us
