They can't give you a legitimate reason. They'll say he has the "it factor", or "he's been a winner everywhere he's been". Yeah? You mean high school and the SWAC? The ones with a little bit of doubt will claim he'll just hire some really good coordinators. Really? A really solid guy is going to put his rep on the line to work for someone who literally just started coaching college ball?
