He shouldn’t and won’t be fired but he needs to make a change at one or both coordinators. It’s rare to keep both coordinators this long and this is why, it gets stale. Need new blood.

Also needs to set himself up with a couple “new system, x needs his guys” years.

Legit want one person to tell me how this situation is different than Bert after year 4 if we lose the bowl game and finish 6-7. This year is identical to that year it’s almost scary.
