That a camera man just happened to be in the room in position just as their WR ran in and got the Egg Bowl Trophy? Could it be more likely all parties were informed that due to rain they had it inside and it wasn’t any conspiracy to refrain from returning it after they upset Ole Miss in Oxford?

My guess is authorities were afraid the trophy would be damaged by all the chairs being thrown that they kept it in the locker room where it could be protected.

No clue. Like I said I’ve no horse here. But I saw Ole Miss fans say it didn’t happen, then it’s normal, and now because of the rain. So yeah.
