He would be a massive upgrade over Harsin and still better than Grimes/Rhule.
However, he is not better than Freeze, Lanning, and some other candidates. In fact, we could save millions of $$ by hiring Freeze (and would probably be more successful in the long run without the typical LK drama)...

All of these are worse coaches than Gus Malzahn, who you fired.
