2020 Lsu shouldn’t be anywhere on this list. 2019 lsu lost 25 players to the draft and opt outs. Our team was completely gutted.

Before the opt-outs, LSU returned Chase and Marshall at WR. Brennan wasn't Joe Burrow above the shoulders, but was far superior to him below the neck- tall, with an absolute gun for an arm, and a quick release. Arik Gilbert was a highly touted TE that was expected to emerge, and we returned 2 backs (Emery and Davis-Price) that were expected to step up.
Lost Aranda as defensive coordinator, but was expected to have an NFL secondary with Stingley and Ricks.
We thought we had the talent pipeline in place, everyone expected the machine to keep humming.

Season was a disaster.
