Duly noted, but doesn't it appear from performance that he's either much less involved these days or he's losing his touch?

Oh, I don't disagree. I'm just saying that he's part of that discussion. It goes back to where I was saying he needs to be willing to hire talented guys and get out of the way and let them do their job. Can you imagine being at DB coach at Bama? What original input are you allowed to install? What real value do you have if you aren't really in charge of coaching your position. It's not the best long term situation.

He needs to find guys that have proven success at what they do and let them come in and implement WHAT WORKS even if it doesn't fit his every idea of how it should be.
