Why aren't HC contracted written with More incentives.

And Less guaranteed money.... Seems like it not only protects the university but also makes sure the coach is pushing for goals. Could even do something where they would make a ton more with results. Seems like a win /win for a confident coach.

Agents versus ADs is the most lopsided rivalry in college sports history.

It’s all about keeping up and if others are offering fully guaranteed, you have to too. If you want to land someone big, I guess.

When you’re the AD of one your hometown university’s biggest rivals and know you’re eventually gonna end up at your hometown university, you Trojan horse your employer with the most one-sided contract you can get approved.

Have always thought this. No reason to guarantee someone 100 mil and you have no idea what results he will provide. Motherfricker could have a mid life crisis (I’m looking at you O) and totally shite the bed
