I love the fact that JQ & Bediako called a meeting before the season even starts.
That should be some exciting news for the fans because it seems like those two are trying to show some leadership

Agreed. TCU is one of the more experienced teams this year and ranked in the same area as us. For the vets to get everyone together after that scrimmage, shows we may actually have a bit more leadership and a focus around the team compared to last season.
Oats also touched on yesterday that sometimes the big wins, like Gonzaga, were actually a negative as far as maintaining focus. Hopefully both the staff and returning players learn from those moments.

TCU is the exact kind of team that should give this team fits at this juncture being so upperclassmen heavy and us being so young, but it's great to know that they're not letting that be an excuse and still addressing things before they're even able to become a problem.
