I'm glad the Lawyers for Brandon Miller clarified everything and now I hope they sue the living crap out of people.

Literally didn't know what was going on!

A lot of people will feel the same.

It's okay though glorious.

At least you are willing to admit it.

Let's see how long it takes the attorney statement to make it to ESPN/CBSSports, etc.

I’m going to guess that a lot of less media pundits jump on talking about the attorney’s statement.

I just hope Brandon Miller sue all parties involved for dragging his name and image....ESPN, Yahoo, Clay Travis & whoever else. I would like to see a team of lawyers on his behalf letting people know that there will be a lawsuit coming for those who decided to ruin his name with lies and false narratives.

People won’t like this, but he’d have virtually no chance. He was a public figure before any of this happened, making his standard of proof nearly impossible to meet (see New York Times vs Sullivan). It’s why media gets away with so much in the US that gets them sued in places like the UK.

I haven't posted in awhile, but I wanted to chime in to get this off my chest. Nate Oats and Brandon Miller are good people, and the university and the fanbase need to stand behind them. Bad faith actors are using a tragedy to smear two good people associated with our university. It's disgusting.

If you're an Alabama fan or alumn who is not willing to defend Nate and Brandon against blatant smears and misinformation, then you should find another program to support, and you should not be welcomed amongst our fanbase.

Agree 100%. These type of fans always get under my skin. I could go on a rant here but won’t.
People who want to throw our players, fellow alumnus’s , into the river like some nameless cadavers are not fans. Just blood thirsty spectators reveling in gladiator contests.

Barstool led by Portnoy and Outkick by Clay Travis has been the loudest. I flipped on the Outkick show live on YouTube and they were melting down reading the attorney's statement. They have now pivoted to criticizing Oats' first comments yesterday.

A lot of people need to apologize to this kid not only on this forum but in the media.

His parents need to significantly sue AL.com and others who have asked for this kid's life to be destroyed.

It’s still a defense attorneys statement but the timeline is easily verifiable. Texts, dashcam, strip security footage

They put together the timeline of Miller’s involvement pretty quick and knew there was nothing to charge him with

The timeline provided by Miller's attorney also explains why the Sheriff said so definitively that there was nothing to charge him with.

But hey, the national media got it's pound of flesh + online engagement and tRant gets to jerk itself off with confirmation bias. Carry on & Roll Tide.

We need to win this thing. I mean all of it. The SEC tournament. NCAA tournament.

All of it

I hope Brandon Miller goes off and just annihilate every team till he is lifting that NCAA trophy and these overly ambitious media clowns are bowing to the University, Oats and his greatness.

There's wall to wall games on all the espn channels. Expect our game to start on the app that doesn't work.

The biggest lesson is once again to wait for the danged evidence. Things always come out in bits and pieces. It takes a while to get the full picture.

As many times as this lesson is demonstrated, it never sticks.

I wonder if there are any Bama fans in here who would like to rethink their comments after seeing he might not have even known the gun was in the car and possibly not seen the text while already heading to that area?

I won’t judge anyone for reacting blindly out of anger or confusion. It’s the social media world we live in. Point is that Bama didn’t fold, Justice will be served to the guilty, and we are going to the final 4 .
