LSU’s band waited for UF to finish blasting a Tom Petty song over the PA and UF fans are still upset that they didn’t wait until Tom Petty’s brother fully exited the stadium.

Now that we know how bad it triggers them, the band should make it a tradition.
And I’ll tell you what else. We’d be doing them a favor if we interrupted that gay-arse two bits crap they do before the games. I mean just how lacking in originality & tradition do you have to be for that to be your pre-game? That’s the first cheer that girls learn when they’re like 4.

Ah so the band who stated that it did not intend to mess up the Tom Petty tribute before, now tried to mess it up again.
You guys were asking for stuff you be thrown at you.
While I do not condone that behavior, I think we should not invite the band back any longer. Although I am pretty sure that this rivalry will sadly come to an end with expansion anyway.

What is it with Florida fans and this weird crush on Tom Petty? He was never that big to begin with, but they’ve somehow managed to build him up to something akin to Elvis. It’s weird…. Really really weird. And culty…. Super culty.
