You're a fricking moron. Not one Texas poster here has said we are the real UT. If you ask any Texas poster, we are gonna tell you the same answer. We don't give a frick about being UT. It doesn't matter. Only people who care about the UT thing are alters. Period. Now kindly shut the frick up.

I have never met a single person in my entire life in Austin, or while I was enrolled at Texas, that gave a shite whether people considered us "UT" or not. We were always just "Texas" (which coincidentally pissed aggie fans off to no end to the point they had to create nicknames for us due to inferiority complex)
Call us whatever you want. By the end of the day, we still are and always have been: Texas

Still remember the first time I was in Texas. Driving through endless miles of burned out scrub brush, pint sized trees, and sage brush, one of the thoughts that crossed my mind was that Davy must have lost his senses.
