I went to Athens in 1994 for the UF / UG game expecting the worse and to be honest, the experience wasn't bad, a little barking before the game but not that much. Most were just tailgating and having a good time. Georgia fans in Athens were actually better than what I have experienced in Jax, and better than a normal trip to LSU. Most of the spitting and pee stories are urban legend. I have never experienced myself in multiple trips into hostile territory. My sons did have a Bama fan pour a coke on them at the 2006 SEC championship game, but they probably deserved it.

Exactly. Glad you had a good trip, and I have no doubt some Georgia fans probably act like idiots. Every fan base has them, and it's good that you realize that a few does not define the many.
