you're talking about 2009? 13 years ago? That happened because we do have idiots just like everyone else, combind with our dumbfrick administration not providing trash cans or dumpsters for people to use, nor hiring a company to clean up until late Sunday afternoon.

Hard to beleive but things have gotten better over the last 10+ years.
