It’s frustrating that Leach loses games he shouldn’t. See: Memphis, Texas Tech last year, LSU this year but at Mississippi State, this is quite a different feeling:

Top 25 wins in the Sherill era(13 years): 11
Top 25 wins in the Mullen era(9 years): 7
Top 25 wins in the Leach era (in his 3rd year): 6

That's not really a thing. All coaches loses games they shouldn't.

I think you have a shot at 2nd in the SECw.

To be honest, this is the game that worries me most left on UGA's schedule.

Not Tennessee. That game is in Athens and I think UGA will be primed for it.

But on the road in Starkville against a MSU team that will likely lose a game or two they shouldn't so that UGA might overlook it... but be capable of putting up a top 15 quality effort? That is worrisome for me.

Leach will always lose games he shouldn’t but turn around and pull stunners off. You just have to live with it

LSU has a good team this year and it’s hard to win at night in Death Valley

That wasn’t really a wtf loss

I don’t care about any of the other BS in this thread: is this where the teams finished in top 25 or were top 25 at the time of State win? If it’s not finished in top 25, what do those numbers look like for each coach?

Leach’s offense is like a knuckleballer in baseball. When it’s on, it’s lights out, but it’s not always on and you end up having some awful games.

I’m sorry, but in no world is msu not supposed to lose to LSU. I’m sorry, it’s just who state is.

And I graduated from state.

Leach didn’t lose game at LSU fumbled snap on punt did.

He did everything he could to try to build enough of a lead to take crowd out of it just couldn’t do it
