I bet he is on Notre Dame's list. And would be on Texas's too, if Sark should fail. And then sometimes NFL teams are desperate enough to try a successful college coach, even though it rarely works out. There are many better coaching jobs than UGA, Bama is just one of them.

I’m sure your right.
8 years from now when Saban retires, because that’s what you all think.. so I’m sure that’s what will happen.. Bama will be looking at 54 yr old UGA alumni and most successful coach of all time, who’s by the way from Georgia and married to a UGA Alumn. Who’s family runs so deep at UGA. I’m sure he will want to leave and follow Saban when he’s already built his own thing in Athens. That makes perfect sense!
Hopefully, by that time Schumann will be 40 a Bama Alumn and have a pedigree as good as Smarts was when he got the UGA job.
