because nobody is advocating that he was a good head coach? Nobody is debating you on what you're saying, we all agree he stunk as a head coach.

richt was a world class OC at FSU and some of his later offenses at UGA (specifically under schott in 15) were unspeakably bad. Sometimes it happens when you have to run the entire program
