Fingers pointed right at BOB. No creativity or imagination. He better have a long talk with BOB. We have too much talent to look this crappy! Period.

I think BOB is only one of the problems. Like most "disasters" there are multiple variables causing the undesirable outcome.

1. Coach Saban and Alabama committed to a more pass happy oriented offense several years ago. An issue with a pass first offense, and it's inevitable, the run game will suffer. In particular, it takes reps to perform the blocking schemes and run block effectively. Spending most of the time passing the ball does not help with this. A team really can't do both at an optimal level at all times.
2. Coach BOB is not a great game day coordinator. He can't change up on the fly and make in game adjustments very well. Coach BOB, in my opinion, is lazy and has bought in on the "Alabama is just better than 99.99% of the opposition." This might have been the case three years ago but it's not now. He's not working to create any mismatches or minimize the offense's shortcomings.
3. The Alabama O line has some major issues; especially at the center and guard position. The Texas NG embarrassed Dallacout all day on Saturday. He's not the only one. Alabama for whatever reason, has a "talent" issue on the O line that they haven't had to deal with in a long while.
4. WR play is average. They have a group of possession receivers. There is no Julio, Cooper, Ridley, Smith, Waddle, I forget his name #4, Williams or even a Metchie in this lineup. You can't be a pass first offense with a bunch of possession receivers. You need at least one guy to take the top off. They currently don't have that guy.
