Lol no A&M is not. For one Texas talent is overrated. It's been dissected, analyzed, and showcased for many years. And you're not even the best program in your state, meaning you won't get the top recruits if Texas has (and does) have a better coach.

Compared to whatever talent Tennessee is getting, I think Texas talent is doing alright.
No matter how bad Texas has been. I can always say to myself “At least we aren’t Tennessee”
