I'm guessing this is the position that Uga's David Cooper was reportedly approached about.
I don't know anything about NC State recruiting other than their 247 composite ranking (#28) and 247 transfer ranking (#10), but supposedly he's good at what he does:

I think that is good work for a place like NCST. They're not even the flagship in their state and they're a mid-tier team in a weaker P5 football conference.

I think I read Jatavis played QB at Stone Mountain, GA.
That's just a stones throw from Parkview, Brookwood, Grayson, etc., etc., that entire area, and 1 hour around that perimeter is LOADED with talent.
I've never heard of him though, and seems like another DeBear is either a genius or over his skis deal.
