There are plenty of others recruited as athletes whether they were listed that way or not. Jimmy Johns and Alvin kamara. They were listed as all purpose backs which are essentially athletes, comes to mind.

My list is 2010 on, I think it is pretty comprehensive 
from that point. What are we calling an athlete, someone whose is recruited for potential at multiple position or someone who is versatile? I would agree the list could be expanded by a few guys depending on which definition you are using.
ETA: Just like Henry, I think Kamara was recruited as only a running back although I could be wrong.
