I would prefer Hampton over Perry Thompson. Like the upside much more.

I actually agree… but watching the AU melt if Perry flipped would be epic and rivaled only by 4th and 31. I think Perry sticks with AU though

He's a 270 lb edge rusher that can play inside or outside.

I didn't know Texas cruited him as a safety.

Mostly agree. The big, tall freakbeast WR is great in theory, but in practice the number of guys like that who are twitchy enough to effectively run the full route tree is miniscule. With how much DBs have been handcuffed by rules changes over the years a big body at WR just isn't as valuable as it used to be. The quicker players who run better routes are generally the best bets these days.

That being said, you do have to account for the Auburn melt if we victimize them yet again with a last minute flipmas miracle.
