The final Composite Rankings for the Class of 2023, Alabama has NINE 5 stars
2. Keon Keeley (#1 EDGE)
6. Caleb Downs (#1 Safety)
9. Kaydn Proctor (#1 OT)
24. Justice Haynes (#2 RB)
25. Desmond Ricks (#2 CB)
26. James Smith (#2 DL)
30. Yhonzae Pierre (#4 EDGE)
34. Qua Russaw (#4 LB)
38. Jalen Hale (#6 WR)
Those are all Composite 5 Stars. The rest:
50. Jahlil Hurley (#5 CB)
58. Jordan Renaud (#8 DL)
60. Richard Young (#4 RB)
89. Eli Holstein (#8 QB)
90. Wilkin Formby (#8 OT)
122. Tony Mitchell (#9 Safety)
160. Dylan Lonergan (#13 QB)
162. Olaus Alinen (#14 OT)
178. Hunter Osborne (#20 DL)
180. Edric Hill (#21 DL)
193. Miles McVay (#16 OT)
240. Ty Lockwood (#15 TE)
263. Jaren Hamilton (#35 WR)
279. Brayson Hubbard (#11 ATH)
300. Cole Adams (#42 WR)
383. RyQueze McElderry (#24 IOL)
N/A: Conor Talty (#3 K)
From JUCO
1. Malik Benson (#1 WR)
2. Justin Jefferson (#1 LB)
Note: Russaw and Renaud were listed at EDGE, seems Russaw will play LB and Renaud will bulk up and play DL, so I changed their positions and put the appropriate ranking. However with later DL I did not compensate for Renaud being considered a DL and just kept the number it had.

That is a lot .
Bama will have 7 five stars in the On3 industry composite. They just basically decided not to give Justice Haynes a 5th star just because. He has the same overall score as Monroe Freeling who is 32 and the final 5th star and Haynes is 33. On3 has Freeling ranked as the 7th overall player, way off from everyone else, which is the only reason he is that high. Not mad a Freeling, good for him, just think Haynes deserves if a fifth star if they both have the same score but whatever.

247 has Hale as a composite 5 star even though no service ranks him as one

We are not pursuing any more 2023 recruits and likely won't look into the portal again until after spring ball. This weekend and last weekend have been junior days for 2024 recruits but those kids will have plenty of time to build a relationship with whomever the new coordinators are.

Alabama finally offered 2025 QB KJ Lacey from Saraland.

I see Georgia attempting to make more recruiting inroads in Alabama. For the 2024 state of Alabama class, they have the #3 ILB (in the country) committed, and for 2025, they have the #5 Tackle (itc) committed. They are riding high off that national title popularity wave.
Bama hasnt offered either
Bama offered the ILB recently according to BOL

Rivals Rankings Week: Rankings we might regret
At least they admit they should rank Alabama signees higher. Three of the four mentioned in the article signed with us.

It’s going to interesting to see if we can fend off Kirby for the number 1 spot this year. Before NIL 2 championships in a row would’ve all but guaranteed him a number 1 recruiting ranking.

We just offered Jameis Winston's younger brother.
He's a QB in the Class of 2026.
